Q) What types of payment do you accept?
A) You can find all payment icons that you can pay with in the footer, at the bottom of every page.
Q) Why hasn’t my order been processed yet?
A) All orders are usually processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays), from the time you placed your order. In exceptional circumstances where we are unable to process your order in a timely manner, we will personally update you via email.
Q) Why have I not received my order yet?
A) If you are based in the UK, we advise that shipping usually takes 3-5 working days. On the odd occasion, there may be a delay, so we ask that you wait until 7 working days have passed before contacting us. Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may vary.
Shipping to other parts of the world do take longer and you can find out more about the cost and expected times on our delivery page.
Q) Why do I have to leave an email or phone number at checkout?
A) If your order is sent by tracked post, we can include your email or phone number in the shipping process so you will receive updates on the whereabouts of your order.
We also require some form of contact information in case there are any problems with your order and we need to reach out to you.
Q)Do you offer free returns?
A) Unfortunately not. As a small business, we cannot afford to offer a free returns service. We hope you can understand. You can read more about our returns policy here.
Q) I’m still waiting for an email from you but haven’t received one yet, what do I do?
A) Sorry to hear you’ve still not received an email. If your are a new customer, or it is your first time contacting us, sometimes our email may be hiding in your junk folder. Please be sure to check and if you still haven’t received one after 48 hours, do get in touch in case it’s got lost along the way.
Q) How does “pre-order” work?
A) For some of our most popular items, if we have run out of stock you will see the title change to “pre-order”. This means you can buy that particular product as normal, but it will not be dispatched until the stock comes back in. All products that are on pre-order will have an expected arrival date in the item description. Please note that while we do our best to ensure the stock is in on time, there may be a delay in circumstances out of our control.
Q) I ordered a phone case, it’s been over 48 and it’s still not been dispatched?
A) Please note the section in the description of the phone case you ordered. Due to the high levels of stock we would have to keep for all the Phone makes/models, we order the phone cases as we get an order. All designs are 100% our own unless stated otherwise. When your order comes in for a phone case, we upload our design to a third party whom print the case for us. They then send it back to us for a quick quality check and then we send it on to you. Because of this, we do advise that there is a lead time of 7-10 working days.
We do have the option to send direct to our customers from the third party, but we always want to make sure we are sending out quality products to you, so we have made the decision to add a few extra days onto your wait to ensure everything is as it should be.
